To arouse the feeling of social responsibility among the students, the NSS unit has been actively working in our college since 1975. This department helps to create independence, character building, social attachment, personality development, eloquence among the students.
Our college has 200 student NSS unit. Each year, students are enrolled for NSS after admission in college by the proper selection procedure. For two years, the program makes use of students' free time. They take part in a range of social services that benefit the community and offer opportunities for community service. Through the program, NSS students are directly exposed to issues, needs, and the process of development in the public and community. "NOT ME BUT YOU" is the motto of the NSS.
